Restoring Atelier purchases
Passport editions bought in the Atelier belong to your Apple Account, so you can bring them back on a new iPhone or after reinstalling.
- Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.
- In PASSPORT, open Index › Cover › The Atelier.
- Choose any edition and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of its card.
If an edition still doesn't appear, check that you're using the same Apple Account, then try again in a few minutes. The Explorer isn't sold: it's earned once you have stamped 20 different destinations, and it stays yours. Payments, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple, through Settings › your name › Media & Purchases, or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your travel data
Your passport is stored only on your iPhone. There is no PASSPORT account, so we can't see or recover it for you.
- Edit or delete a trip. Open the trip's page and use its menu to Edit or Delete it.
- Make a backup. Index › Save a backup… saves your trips, notes and photo copies to a folder you choose, such as iCloud Drive.
- Restore a backup. Index › Restore from backup… replaces the current passport with a backup. The current one is kept as a safety copy.
- Delete everything. Deleting the app deletes all of its data on your device. Make a backup first if you might want your passport back.
- Usage counts. Index › Settings › Share anonymous usage counts switches off the anonymous daily totals. See the privacy policy.
Report a bug or ask for help
Email otasprint@gmail.com and tell us:
- what you were doing, and what happened instead;
- your iPhone model (and whether it was folded or unfolded on iPhone Duo) and iOS version;
- your PASSPORT version (the App Store page lists it);
- a screenshot or a short screen recording, if you can.
Please don't send your backup files unless we ask. They contain your personal travel notes.
